Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering from us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In these terms, 'you' and 'your' refer to the customer and 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Leez Entertainment World.
About Us
We pride ourselves on giving great customer service. We will do our best to ensure our customers are happy with the goods they receive and the standard of customer care we give. We welcome feedback on your shopping experience with us and will be pleased to receive your comments. If any problems arise we would like to be given the opportunity to resolve them for you and will try to answer any queries within 24 hours. We will always do our best to offer our customers great products at realistic prices, we keep our overheads low thereby keeping our prices as low as possible.
Order Acceptance
A Contract for the sale of goods you order from us is only created once we have emailed you confirmation that your order has been despatched, this is after we have the cleared funds in our account. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order where goods are not available, where payment has been denied or withheld or if you do not accept out Terms and Conditions. We willl not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.
Age Restricted Products
Any product with a BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) rating will be clearly marked and described as such on the product listing page for that item.
Warning
It is an offence to attempt to buy a certificated title if you are under age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under age.
Payment
Goods and services are charged at the price shown at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice at any time. All orders are by cleared funds, orders will not be processed or despatched until they are paid for in full. Orders paid by credit/debit cards via PAYPAL are processed on the day of receipt providing the order is made and paid for between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Cheque payments are not deemed cleared for up to 7 business days. Orders received after 5.00pm on Monday to Friday or during the weekend, including bank holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. All orders will be despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment, allowing for delays during weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that our prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Shipping
We will always try to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, however there may be times when we are re-stocking certain items. Where an item is out of stock at the time of order received, unless shown as a pre-order item, we will ensure stock is replaced within a period of 14 days and will notify customers accordingly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to restock within this time we shall not accept your order and will refund any payments in full.
Most of the goods we supply will be dspatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by our preferred Courier, for these items we accept full responsibility for orders reaching you and orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense or a refund issued at the customers request. When other methods of delivery are used we will always request proof of postage and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for failed delivery. We will however be pleased to assist you in tracing your order as best we can.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery. All products carry either a Manufacturers Standard Warranty or a Warranty issued by the Supplier. Faulty goods can be returned to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Please email us first to request a Returns Number (RMA).
If a product has to be replaced due to manufacturing defects or technical faults we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement, but the cost of returning the goods to us is at the customers expense. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If upon receipt you are not happy with your item or change your mind, you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. Any returns should be packaged in their original packaging, in an unused state and sent back to us using an insured and trackable service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit of the returned product and it should be noted that proof of postage is not acceptable for any loss of goods. It is in the customers interest to ensure that all returns are sent securely. We reserve the right to not accept any returns under this 7 day policy if the goods are not returned in their original packaging or it is clear that the goods have been used or mistreated by the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability
All goods purchased fro us are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such goods pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, with the exception of those goods despatched under a secure delivery method (see shipping).
Force Majeure
Where, in spite of our reasonable efforts, we are unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure, we will not be deemed to be in breach of our contract with you, the customer.
General
If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed severed from the Agreement and this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The heading are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
